A restaurant under Bebek Tepi Sawah Group, our owner and executive chef, Suartina Sumerta aimed to create a modernised take on local duck. Without losing the essence of Bali,the Orchid Duck offers a unique experience with modern Japanese fare, while maintainingBalinese interiors and sensibility.The CuisineTasked with the goal of creating a modern experience without losing Balinese tradition,Suartina began experimenting with local produce and integrated them into traditional japanese recipes.
